PRIVACY POLICY 

Information pursuant to Art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679

The Data Controller is DoveVivo S.p.A., located at Viale Monte Nero 6, 20135 MILAN (MI), email: privacy@joivy.com. 

Purpose and Legal Basis of Processing 

Personal data is collected solely for the purpose of sending newsletters related to companies belonging to the group of which DoveVivo S.p.A. is part (the Joivy Group). Providing the data is necessary for this purpose. The legal basis for processing is found in Article 6, paragraph 1, letter b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679. 

Recipients or Categories of Recipients to Whom Personal Data May Be Communicated 

Data is processed by employees and collaborators of DoveVivo S.p.A. in compliance with provided instructions. 

Data may be communicated to third parties entrusted by DoveVivo S.p.A. with certain activities, acting as Data Processors (e.g., the company providing IT services). 

Retention Period 

Personal data will be retained for the purpose of sending newsletters unless the data subject withdraws their subscription. 

Rights of the Data Subject 

The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation from the Data Controller of whether personal data concerning them is being processed, and if so, the right to: 

  • Access personal data, request correction or deletion of personal data, limit the processing of personal data, or object to its processing; 

  • Receive personal data concerning them in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format and transmit such data to another Data Controller (data portability); 

  • Be informed of the existence of automated decision-making, including profiling; 

  • Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal; 

  • Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
