A New Stunning Project in Madrid
The Malasaña district is a lively area of Madrid where fashion, culture, entertainment and fine dining come together to offer a thousand opportunities for fun and entertainment. The prime location provides the opportunity to take a stroll to immerse yourself in the multicultural and festive atmosphere of the neighborhood or to find time for cultural activities, such as visiting the Museum of Romanticism or the Archaeological Museum.
The building, conceived and constructed for the Marquis of Villa Magna in 1864, is a historical monument, a product of Spanish neoclassical architecture. The building will undergo a complete renovation and reopen with a new concept of residence, combining the charm of history with a modern concept and the comfort of new technologies.
THE HISTORY AND THE PROJECT
The 2,700 m2 building will consist of 67 rooms for university students and young professionals who will enjoy the benefits of coliving, blending the desire for privacy and community, quiet spaces for studying and working alongside the city's entertainment.
The existing architecture of the building will be faithfully respected and preserved, including valuable elements such as the grand marble staircase, stained glass windows, frescoed ceilings, and interior decorations. The rooms will feature all amenities, including private bathrooms and common areas such as coworking spaces, a kitchen, and a gym.
The environment respects the guest's privacy but creates perfect opportunities for sharing, such as the two terraces, perfect for relaxing and studying, offering a panoramic view of the center of the Spanish capital.
